Almende is an innovative research company with a diverse and ambitious staff of researchers, developers and office support. We are engaged in research and technological development in the field of self-organization and multi-agent systems. Our work mainly revolves around the following question: how can innovative communication technology be used to facilitate and improve human organization?Self-organization isn't something we only practice in our projects, but also on the work floor. We offer a lot of feedback and a personal budget for literature and education possibilities, so employees may best express their talents and creativity.We are proud of our informal, "non-political"​ working atmosphere and invest in an office with respect for eachother, the environment and cultural diversity.
