The creation of our company name ELDOHM came about when we combined two words to mean World Energy — Wereld which is Dutch for World and Ohm after George Ohm, the German mathematician whose name has come to mean a unit of electrical energy. ELDOHM clearly describes our core business, which is the creation of fun electronic toys for children all over the world. The company has been proudly developing and distributing interactive and educational toys for children since 1998. Founded by Pieter van den Bosch and Bianca van den Bosch-Jansen, our 20-year experience in electronic toy development and distribution has resulted in the creation of an international business with a focus on global distribution, a distinctive product line, and licenses. Innovation, education, safety, and fun are at the heart of Eldohm's company ethos. Our mission continues to focus on providing children around the world with educational and delightful products for all ages. While our toys have undergone extensive development over the years, the foundation remains the same — fun, electronic toys for children! Another key service we offer is toy distribution. We have partnered with WowWee and Kurio for the Benelux region. During the distribution process, we work closely with our European colleagues in creating custom-made marketing plans and finding the best logistical solutions to deliver a successful package to retail buyers. Licensors we currently work with are Fisher Price, Nickelodeon, RTL, Studio 100 and Mattel with many more in the works.
