Our current focus is the Personalize my Treatment initiative (PMT). This is a large-scale longitudinal, pan-Canadian oncology platform that aims to match patients to biology-driven clinical trials based on the molecular profile of their tumour. At the core of the PMT is a prospective database containing evolving datasets relating to the patient's molecular, clinical, epidemiological data and research findings. The platform will serve as a resource for discovery, in silico trial design, patient-trial matching and health econometrics.
