We operate 2 wholly-owned subsidiaries, Goodwill Integrated Solutions, a Tier 1 automotive assembly and kitting business, and Goodwill's Green Works, providing asset recovery and industrial recycling services.We use these businesses to generate profits that may be reinvested in the mission of the organization, long-term employment opportunities for trainees with significant employment challenges, and transitional work experience for trainees needing time on-the-job before transitioning to competitive employment.
