Home Solutions currently participates in preferred partnerships with hospitals, strategic home health agencies, and Accountable Care Organizations. We offer programs aimed at offsetting costs to a health system for indigent patients. We have designed and implemented a Site Optimization Program with an Accountable Care Organization that produced a 96% savings to the program over a 6-month period of time.
