Introduction: Al-Zahra Cultural and Sport Association (ACSA) is a women-led and youth led organization; established in 2009 in Kabul, Afghanistan. After fall of Taliban, ACSA gained noticeable achievements in a short period of time due to the activities in the fields of sport, culture and education regarding women development. Vision: We believe that sport and physical activity along with cultural awareness can make a substantial contribution to the well-being of people especially women in developing countries. Physical selfworth and physical self-perception, including body image, has been linked to improved selfesteem. Health benefits of physical activity predominantly focuses on intra-personal factors such as physiological, cognitive and affective benefits, however, that does not exclude the social and inter-personal advantageous. Mission: Women lack of participation in the society has been recognized as one of the main reasons of Afghanistan ongoing civil war. Since we believe sport, physical activities and socio-cultural awareness will improve well-being and self-esteem of women, ACSA has defined its mission to boost the participation of women and girls in the society. Thus, we will produce positive health effects on individuals and in communities in Afghanistan and contribute to reduce internal conflicts in the country. Objectives: The ACSA for gathered of athletes and intellectual women organize specific training and trying to provide and enhance high level of sport knowledge, psychology, management, and awareness to the participants and athletes to get selves confidence. The Sport and intellectual of Cultural teams will support their related society to identify the active and interested young and youth girls & women to participate in sport ranges, in physical, fitness and symmetry and organize Cultural awareness, workshop and training for those women and girls are involved.
