Torrefazione Caffè Michele Battista is an Italian coffee roaster based in South Italy where the tradition and the culture of drinking the world wide famous Espresso is very strong. Thanks to the accurate selection of the best green coffee origins and to the passion and to the secrets of the Art of roasting, that was passed from father to son for 3 generations now, Battista Espresso coffee became very popular in its region. Battista caffè still uses to roast the green coffee on a traditional way with a very slow procedure. Our process foresees both the roasting by different origins and the roasting of the complete blend. The product range is quite wide and covers the food service industry, retail and vending/office sales channel. We offer coffee in beans and ground, pods and capsules compatible with the most famous coffe extraction systems, Organic/fairtrade and conventional, coffee equipment and full service.
