Hello, and thank you for visiting The Millennial Fitness Professional! I am Max Crucitti, founder of TheMillennialFitnessProfessional.com. I have an extensive 20 year background in martial arts, training in multiple disciplines with a primary focus on Taekwondo. Recently I have also become more involved in teaching and learning Krav Maga as well. I have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Robert Morris University in Chicago, IL and have had an extreme interest in how fitness and martial arts can influence an individual to achieve great things. I created The Millennial Fitness Professional in order to create a community built around positive energy to promote success for our generation of fitness professionals. The Millennial Fitness Professional is built upon the understanding that association with success-minded people in your area of expertise is key to becoming successful yourself. I want to be able to share multiple thought processes on the psychological effects of how one should go about teaching fitness to all different age groups, and above all else, how to positively change more people's lives through fitness coaching, whether it be dance, martial arts, crossfit, yoga, etc.
