FIANV is an organization that fights for racial and economic justice throughout Nevada through grassroots organizing. We engage with faith communities and their members to build power and create systemic change in Nevada. Our work emphasizes the connection with people of color, low-income communities, and the politically disenfranchised. We work with leaders within faith communities and people of goodwill to create change throughout the state of Nevada. We believe that people closest to the problems have the best solutions so we develop leaders within their own communities to choose the direction of our work, influence decision-makers, engage civically and create structural policy change.
