MISSION Books To Africa exists to provide quality books and educational materials to enhance teaching and enable students in Africa to enjoy learning and help them achieve their ambitions in a globalized world. VALUES Education Raising awareness about the lack of adequate educational materials in many schools across Africa. Action Collecting and donating books, equipment & funds to improve the learning experience of students. Capacity Building: Providing educational institutions with good quality books and technological equipment to motivate students and teachers to read and expand their understanding of relevant subjects. 2. Community Building: Supporting rural communities to prioritize education as the most important way to achieve long term sustainable development. 3. Female Education: Improving female literacy in Africa by sponsoring educational competitions and exceptional students to obtain a formal education. 4. Special Education: Raising awareness about the challenges faced by people with learning disabilities in Africa and the need to train teachers to provide adequate support for such students. 5. Knowledge Exchange: Identifying schools and educational organisations in Africa that provide engaging projects for international volunteers to get involved in. 6. Celebrating Success: Rewarding the efforts of individuals and organisations who work hard to deliver quality education to students in Africa. 7.
