Keith started working for McArdle Meats at the tender age of sixteen and after three years working there the opportunity arose to purchase the business. In 2001, Keith armed with a wealth of experience and family recipes handed down through generations took over the Clanbrassil Street store located in Dundalk. Over the years Mc Ardle Meats has grown and now we have four stores located in Clanbrassil Street, Dundalk, The Marshes Shopping Centre, Dundalk, Charlestown Shopping Centre, Dublin and Blackrock, Dundalk
