Nutrition Stripped is a health education company with a modern take on the science of functional nutrition and the art of living well. At our core, we guide people to live whole, eat well, and feel amazing! We support our global community helping them feel their best with hundreds of science-based articles, delicious recipes, online education courses, monthly memberships, engaging social channels, and a proprietary merchandise line. Founder and Dietitian McKel Hill, MS, RDN, LDN created Nutrition Stripped as a personal solution to her own health struggles. Growing up, she suffered from migraines, digestion issues, acne, and anxiety thinking this was her normal — she had no idea that there was a connection with food — and as a scientist at heart, she guinea pigged different lifestyles and diets to see what worked. Nutrition Stripped's philosophy has been put into practice by coaching thousands of clients over the past 8 years, combining a whole-body wellness perspective with her vast scientific background and a modern creative spin to make it laid back, simple, and fun. NS grew from a creative outlet to a multi-platform health education company inspiring millions of people around the globe.
