HBO+EMTB Hoadley Budge Olphert & Edwards Madigan Torzillo Briggs or simply HBO+EMTB was formed in 1994 after the merger of two leading architectural practices in HBO, one of the most significant in New Zealand; and EMTB, an award-winning Australian practice. Prior to the merger, both HBO and EMTB have been operating for over 100 and 50 years, respectively. HBO+EMTB has established itself as a multi-disciplinary design practice specializing in architecture, interior design, workplace solutions, master planning, and urban & landscape design. HBO+EMTB has since extended their operations across the Asia Pacific region establishing offices in a number of key Asian hubs such as Hong Kong, Singapore, Beijing, Mumbai, Seoul, and Manila. Manila Studio HBO+EMTB came to the Philippine shore in 2002 as a versatile professional design firm. Its experience ranges from workplace design, commercial buildings, retail interiors, hospitality, and institutions.
