Legacy was created by a veteran of the Capital Markets business, initially to assist Registered Investment Advisory firms in identifying attractive exit strategies or strategic business combinations. We have now broadened our focus to provide management consulting to underperforming financial services firms, subsidiaries, or departments. We will identify, formulate, and implement restructuring plans as approved by executive management and / or the board of directors. Often, it is more desirable to execute difficult decisions and painful restructuring strategies through a third party such as Legacy.
