Bluegrass.org has served the 17-county Bluegrass Area for more than 50 years. Our system of care includes Bluegrass Comprehensive Services, which assists individuals, children, and families in the enhancement of their well-being through mental health, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and substance abuse services; Bluegrass Oakwood, an intermediate care facility for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities; Bluegrass Prevention, a community-based program targeting alcohol, tobacco, and drug prevention; and the Children's Review Program, a state-funded program designed to assess the needs of children in the state's care.
