Partners Physiotherapy Service Clinic was first established in 1994 by Wendy M. Baines, who worked as a Physiotherapist at the Hanover and District Hospital before taking the entrepreneurial plunge. After 17 years of growth, our clinic is now located in a beautifully renovated 5600 sq foot, fully accessible building on 7th Ave. We now boast a staff of 5 Physiotherapists, 2 Kinesiologists and 6 support staff. Our Kinesiologists, who are both certified personal trainers also provide personal fitness and circuit training. Very early in Partners existence the vision to better serve the community developed and the opportunity to partner with local health care provider associates was established. The associated services included a Chiropodist and a Registered Massage Therapist. The two Associates continue to provide independent Registered Chiropody and Registered Massage Therapy from within the existing Partners Physiotherapy Service Clinic location. Yoga is now offered one or two nights per week by an amazing local instructor. Over the years many students, including local co-op placements and University Residents, have come through the facility experiencing first-hand the knowledge and skills required to be a successful Physiotherapist, Kinesiologist and health care support staff. Partners Physiotherapy Service continues to employ highly qualified support staff and skilled Physiotherapists, including the clinic Owner Wendy M. Baines. We are your "Partners in Progress".
