Our owner and CEO, Bruce Gradkowski, was born and raised in Pittsburgh. His deep roots in the Pittsburgh community served as motivation to build a hospice on the premise of giving back to the community. While healthcare has become complicated over the years, Pilgrimage cuts through the bureaucracy to provide an enriching patient-focused experience. We offer a personal touch with a compassionate staff highly skilled in navigating the end of life journey.
