Sweet and Sauer Studios is a husband and wife team that came to love photography and videography for different reasons and in very different ways.My name is Megan and I've loved photography and videography ever since getting my first camera at age 16 and would capture every memory possible. I've been practicing for over a decade and finally feel confident enough to branch out on this endeavour to see where it goes. I've always been a creative person who likes to try new things and see what I can come up with which is why capturing and editing photo and video, as well as dabbling in graphic design, became my passions. My husband Peter has more recently jumped into photo and video just a few years ago after he gave me my very first DSLR camera for my birthday. Since then, he's realized that he really enjoys experimenting with the camera and directing various shots for other people. He now considers it a valuable skill to have and I think we have made a great team when working together.We are still building a portfolio but have taken photos/video for all types of events such as: birth photography, birthdays, cake smashes, bridal showers, weddings, family photos, and newborn photoshoots. Videography is definitely where we both feel more comfortable but love any opportunity to continuing practicing our photography skills!
