I'm Meg Donnelly, a Licensed Massage Therapist as well as a Movement and Mobility Coach.While my studio is open to all, much of my work focuses on the unique needs of recreational and new-to-fitness athletes. Yep! I truly believe even those new-to-fitness can and should use the term athlete.We ARE athletes, WE are Weekend Warriors . . . runners, cyclists, swimmers, outdoor enthusiasts and fans of fitness of all levels and abilities.If you work to find ways to fit moving your body in any way, shape or form into an already busy schedule and a cookie-cutter approach doesn't work, this is the place for you.
