Florida Women in Business (FWIB) is a professional development organization that gives women the tools to succeed and break down barriers in college and beyond. We strive to become leaders and examples in our community. Our vision is to empower women in a supportive environment and provide each member a unique experience. We also provide our members with opportunities for internships, personal development, and networking. Non-business majors and people of all identities and backgrounds are encouraged to be a part of our organization and assist us in our efforts to change corporate culture.
