The Leadership 30 is an initiative of Humanity First Foundation, one of India's largest human rights NGOs with over 50,000 members, working at various grassroots levels to eradicate the scarcity of basic resources and impacting thousands of people every year through hundreds of local outreach events that are held for the benefit of the local communities. The Humanity First Foundation was started by Mr. Naved Shaikh, and is based out of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. The organisation's motto is to teach youth nationwide about human rights and promote social welfare, thus helping them become valuable advocates for the promotion of tolerance and peace.
