Gunze United Limited" a Japan Bangladesh Joint Venture sewing thread manufacturing company situated at DEPZ Extension Area, savar, Dhaka. The factory has been constructed on the four plots. The factory building is a 3 storied concrete-steel structure, having 105,000sq ft. which will be extended up to 135,000 sq ft. The unique feature of this factory is that it has out sourced its requirement of steam from UPGD (a concern of United Group) and has plugged into the Central ETP through a pipe line. It is well equipped with all the modern machinery from Japan and China.Eventually we are producing world class quality sewing thread like Spun and Polina, poly poly core, nylon and recycle.Specialty of spun thread are: * Good radiation effect of needle heat on high speed sewing * Can have seam strength with elasticity * can use for wide range regardless of sewing materials and sewing machine types.Specialty of polina thread are: * Available for 2 types, 111 low elongation and 110 high elongation * Have superior resistance against turning yellow. * Have durability against the high temperature mark * Decrease the thread cut by the heat resistance of polyester and original oil treatment of Gunze.No compromise on quality and delivery.
