It us our great pleasure to introduce ourselves as a manufacturer and exporter of Kesar mango pulp located at Veraval, Dist Junagadh, Near Talala Sasan Gir Forest, Gujarat. Sasan Gir is the world famous spot for "Kesar Mango" also known as "Queen of Mangoes". We have our Global GAP farms where we ourselves cultivate some top quality of Kesar Mangoes every year. Our HACCP & ISO 22000 certified Aseptic & Canning factories are located right in the growing belt of Top Quality Kesar Mangoes. We produce large quantity of mango pulp (Kesar, Totapuri and Alphonso) every year under good and hygienic conditions. Our ranges of Pulps are as detailed below: • Natural/Sweetened Kesar Mango Pulp (Available round the year). • Natural/Sweetened Alphonso Mango, Totapuri Mango, Guava pulp (Seasonal). All of our pulps are been packed in OTS cans of 850gm, 3.1kg and 220kg Aseptic Bag-in-Drum respectively. Mango pulps are made from selected/harvested fresh and matured mango fruits, they are quickly transported to our fruit processing plant where they are being inspected and washed. Those selected high quality mango fruits goes through Controlled Ripening Chambers to get washed, blanched, pulped, deseeded, centrifuged, homogenized, concentrated, thermally processed and lastly aseptically filled maintaining commercial sterility. The preparation process includes cutting, de-stoning, refining & packing. In case of Aseptic products the pulp is sterilized and packed in aseptic bags. The refined pulp are also packed in OTS cans, hermetically sealed and retorted. The process ensures that natural flavor and aroma of pulp is retained in our final product under good and hygienic conditions.
