A Perfect Stay manages a wide range of private accommodation in key locations along the east coast of Australia to suit the leisure and corporate traveller whether on holiday, travelling for business, or temporarily out of home due to insurance works or relocation. As we've been in the market since 2004, we have a deep understanding of who our guests are, what they want, and what keeps them coming back to stay with us as they travel around Australia. This enables us to support our owners on their entire journey when listing with us – from guidance with selecting the right property based on guest requirements and revenue generation, to assistance when renovating and restyling to get the best value from their property, to property set up and photography, right through to marketing and bookings, preparing the property for each guest, managing guests 24/7 while in-house, and managing the maintenance of the property like it was our own.Before listing a home with A Perfect Stay, each property is personally inspected and evaluated according to our strict criteria including presentation, styling, amenities, and location. All of our homes provide more space, privacy and value compared to a traditional hotel or B&B.We have a strong database and direct marketing strategy and as a result, our direct bookings are a very significant part of our business compared with other booking channels.Our guests book with confidence knowing they can speak with our local and highly trained reservations team for assistance in booking the perfect accommodation for their stay.
