The White Mountain Trail Collective, in collaboration with some incredible partners like the White Mountain Forest Service, is working to pool resources and reimagine trail stewardship in the White Mountain National Forest and beyond. By securing much-needed funding, project management as well as providing training, tools, professional trail crews, and scores of dedicated volunteers, WMTC adds crucial capacity to the efforts of our public partners, who are working to keep our trail network a sustainable resource for years to come.WMTC works to realign trail stewardship in the White Mountains to better utilize and implement funding, trail crews, volunteers, and other resources in a collective way. WMTC works collaboratively with it's partners and sponsors through fund-raising, public advocacy, and boots on the ground, to change the current approach to trail stewardship and maintenance in the White Mountain region while preserving the legacy and culture of the individual organizations.
