The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Nis is a higher education institution with 6 decades-long tradition and more than 1.500 students. It is the only faculty of mechanical engineering on the territory of south-eastern Serbia and has been accomplishing its threefold mission. This comprises education, scientific research, and participation in the development and transformation of society. Today, educational activities are carried out through 10 study programmes organized on three cycle degree studies.
