Right after its foundation, it has added new service departments in line with customer needs and demands. At the first quarter of 2003, it started serving in several cities of Turkey with field supervisory offices. In 2010 it increased its field supervisory offices to 8. The agency started operating in Romania after opening its branch in Bucharest and has turned its face to international markets. Empati Reklam, has won the ‘Best Decoration Award' at the beginning of 2008 and at the same year has reached the capacity of conducting 5 different lottery campaigns simultaneously at 17 cities, 67 shopping malls.
