Established in 2002 and based in Texas we operate innovative boutique clubs that fit the modern lifestyle.We believe in a few - very important truths. We believe that all persons should achieve their full potential and make a positive impact in the world. We believe that in order to do those two things and enjoy life to it's fullest, you must begin with taking care of the body you were given.We teach people how to become best version of themselves they can be. It all begins with a conversation, a little exercise, a few healthy changes in your menu. It progresses into a process that will leave you forever changed! It is our hope that all of our members and partners become healthier, stronger, smarter and ultimately be absolutely fulfilled and enjoy their lives to the fullest. All of this by putting your focus on the areas of your life that truly matter most.We don't sell fitness equipment, classes, training, apparel, coaching or supplements.
