What are we about?The Australian Centre for Meditation and Mindfulness was one of the first providers in Australia to create an online learning experience for Meditation Teacher Training. This opened up a wonderful opportunity for people to study & become qualified from anywhere in the world, in an area that is gaining increasing recognition.This does not mean however, that our students are left alone. One of the unique differences of ACHS compared to other course providers is our one-on-one coaching experience. Throughout the learning journey, our students are paired with an experienced meditation coach who guide & support them along the way via face-to-face web calls & Retreats.Our teaching model is holistic, allowing our students to experience & learn a wide range of meditation techniques themselves, prior to teaching others. This makes our graduates authentically good meditators, meditation teachers & facilitators who walk their talk. Our teaching qualifications are fully accredited by IICT (International Institute for Complementary Therapists) and MAA (Meditation Association of Australia).
