Our purpose is to inspire a more engaged community by helping people find their purpose and act on it. Through collaborative partnerships, we work to create and sustain a culture of service throughout the South Plains of Texas and to build the next generation of leaders.To accomplish this, we focus on service - helping individuals, families, businesses and groups of all kinds find their best volunteer fit. We also work to build others through leadership development programs for youth and young adults and capacity building opportunities for our nonprofit partner agencies. But what we do best is collaborating with our partner agencies, businesses, community groups, religious organizations and community members to make connections and build a better community.
