Mind, Body, and Beyond is a holistic wellness center that encompasses all aspects of a person's overall health. It was borne from the loving heart of Dr. Melissa Fenton, PhD, LMHC who has always known that the physical body bears the consequences of a mind in crisis. To this end, she created a wellness center that offers the best of all psychological, physical and spiritual modalities, both Eastern and Western, under one roof. In addition to practicing traditional psychology, Dr. Fenton has completed extensive studies and training in Spiritual and Transpersonal Psychology, enabling her to create an integrative approach to mental health. She believes the whole person is addressed when approaching wellness and healing from a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual perspective.The Mind Body and Beyond Center (MBB) is the only mental health and holistic wellness center in Northeast Florida that offers a multidisciplinary, integrative approach, combining Western and Eastern healing practices in a nurturing environment. The MBB Center is grounded in the traditional approach to health and wellness but is supplemented by a balance of complementary practices that enable clients to experience a range of holistic health and healing modalities that positively impact the body, mind and spirit. MBB approaches wellness and healing from a mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical perspective to best serve the client's needs holistically, improving their health and well-being. The mission of Mind, Body, and Beyond is to provide a comprehensive healing environment that advances each person mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually through a synergistic, integrative approach to health and wellness.
