Esterly, AIA, founded the firm and continued the practice with his associates until the present firm of Esterly, Schneider & Associates was formed and incorporated, in Missouri, in 1985, when Craig A Schneider, AIA, became the managing partner. In 2014, Melissa A. Higbie, Thomas A. Lundberg, and Timothy M. Guillot became partners in the firm, each bringing invaluable experience and specialized expertise.
