I have helped thousands of people rediscover their inner GPS to find their ‘true north' in health, wellness and happiness. I have been a Vocational Trainer/Assessor for over 5 years and a freelance presenter for more than a decade.I have worked with a diverse range of clients; from executive leadership groups to community leaders in remote indigenous communities, right through to the long-term unemployed. The culmination of these experiences has given me greater understanding and real-life application of applying Mental Health First Aid on a day-to-day basis for individuals with various mental illnesses and substance use disorders.
