Architectural Engineering specialise in residential and commercial structural engineering for mainly the builder, developer or designer. This target market (dealing predominantly with people from within the industry, means that our pricing and turn around times can be much better. Our focus is on economical yet practical ways to document our works to ensure that the end builder or developer can make a profit while still being able to manage their project in a typical manner. All methods of construction are open for discussion and generally we will work within the requirements set by our clients. The company is set up so there is one "signing" engineer, with a number of support staff (drafting / comps etc) meaning we can start your project quickly and have it returned to you in great response times which is something that all our builders or developers expect. Apartment buildings (basement car parks, piers, etc etc) are all fine, and you will find it very hard to find a cheaper firm than ours to perform these works. Try us out, you will not regret it.
