She has since pursued training in Orthopedic massage for the pelvis and upper body, and has continuous education in Deep Tissue, Movement and Stretching, and is receiving certification in Advanced Myofascial Release therapy, for the body head to toe.Her pursuit of healing started early when she was taught first degree Reiki at ten years old, by Reiki Master Blue Star, and her studies in Reiki continued through the East West school of massage.Jamie has a confident and compassionate approach to helping her clients discover patterns that limit balanced movement and impede the flow of energy. Our bodies respond to our daily lives and routines, possibly creating imbalances that cause pain, and/or decreased function which can drain us of our energy. Jamie has an intuitive and skilled ability to release those patterns so our bodies are functioning efficiently. Her client's increased body awareness, empowers them to reconnect to their body's natural healing ability. Together, you and she can find one, or any combination of modalities to match your unique needs to bring relief and wellness.
