These conditions can sit quiet in our DNA for years before suddenly rearing their ugly heads.Our Mission In order to prevent chronic illness & promote healthy living, our mission is to change the approach of traditional clinical medicine from reactive to proactive. Our goal is to emphasize and advocate preventive medicine, promote wellness concepts of healthcare using advanced screening, & to encourage holistic lifestyle modification for longevity & quality of life. We strive to provide patients proactive ongoing health management, customization of care, & access to state of the art health management tools.Our TeamWe are a group of like-minded individuals with a passion for implementing prevention medicine for primary care. Together, we offer over 15 years of expertise and experience in prevention medicine & primary healthcare. Our team is led by Lucio R. Gonzales Jr., who is trained in the Bale-Doneen methodology for Heart Attack, Stroke, & Diabetes Prevention. Through our focused efforts, extensive expertise, & advanced testing, we hope to improve our patients' overall health & well being.
