Family Continuity (FC) is a private, non-profit mental health and social services agency serving Eastern and Central Massachusetts from hub offices in Peabody, Lawrence, Whitinsville, Worcester, Plymouth and Hyannis for more than 30 years.The agency was founded in 1985 to provide individuals with community-based resources that reduced the need for institutional care.
