Metalpress was established in 1946 by Emanuel Nissimoff, a senior industrialist who immigrated from Bulgaria, and his son NissimNissimoff. In 1982, the Company was joined by Jacob (Akul) Nissimoff, the third generation in the family, upon the completion of his studiesfor the B.Sc. Degree in Industrial Engineering. Jacob Nissim off currently serves as the Company's CEO. Nissim Nissimoff, who serves as the Company's President for more than 64 years, is proud of the successful and prosperous family business and expects to continuewith his activities and also intruduce the fourth generation of the family for service in the Company. A wide variety of accessories of ventilation and air-conditioning system (HVAC) is manufactured by the advanced production lines in the Metalpress factory: Wall and ceiling air diffusers, supply shutters, linear air diffusers, jet-stream air diffusers, air volume dampers, climate control systems, electrostatic filters, access doors and accessories for round metal ducts. In the fire and smoke safety field, the Company manufactures controls for activating smoke release systems.
