We have been able to create strategic partnerships with several large private equity firms and other real estate investment firms utilizing our network, which we have developed in the industry over the last 15 years. Dutchints Development has made a seamless transition from developing single-family high-end specs to becoming one of the areas fastest growing real estate investment firms. Our current portfolio consists of single-family high-end specs, multi unit development projects and large-scale commercial developments and holdings.
