Locally owned and operated, Zoner's Pizza, Wings, & Waffles (Rincon, Springfield, & Statesboro, GA) is the growing result of a small town family that has had a big pizza brand dream since the '90s! Rickey and Karen Daring opened a pizza store in Savannah called RC's (Rickey's Children) in ~1999. Their children Ashleigh (Wells), Catherine (Chappell) and Lil' Rickey remember, so vividly, the long summer days of playing at the pizza store, making their own pizza, giving the best customer service, hanging out at the other local businesses in the strip, and climbing trees in the parking lot! Not much has changed since then... Except instead of climbing trees and "hanging out", you can often find them working inside (and outside of) the store to help run Zoner's successfully and serving Effingham and Bulloch County residence with their delicious pizza, wings, and waffles! Zoner's Pizza, Wings, & Waffles was created in March of 2018. Previously Stoner's Pizza Joint, the Daring's and a few other store owners decided that they wanted to keep the Mom & Pop feel of what Stoner's was instead of going in the direction that the new corporate owners wanted to go. Zoner's was created with a big vision and dream with Herschel's (yes, 1982 Heisman Trophy winner) Chicken & Waffles and Famous 34 Z Spice as an addition to their menu! We are a local, growing, small-town family that is proud to be a part of the face of Zoner's, partnered with Herschel Walker and Randy Travis, and have their own locally owned and operated stores!
