MISSION STATEMENTFox Performances' business practice is defined by two major commitments: First, to strike a balance between preservation of traditional art forms and embracing new artistic innovation. The two go hand-in-hand. Second, to study the work of our clients striving to thoroughly understand the nuances there in so that we create more connections between artists and presenters, and to enhance those connections thoughtfully. The internal Fox ethos is focused on identifying team members' core interests and strengths in order to cultivate and encourage them. We are students of our own business and how the individual roles fit together. We make space for questions large and small: from challenging agency core values to making small adjustments to help the team work more effectively. The external Fox ethos contains three parts:1. Global citizenship means that both team members and clients dedicate their talents and their work to make the world more inclusive and embrace people for their unique life experiences, identity, ability and values.2. Education advocacy means that our team members are committed to mentorship and growth to build a more thoughtful and studious industry. It means that the clients we choose to serve are those that dedicate a portion of their time teaching about their art to invigorate existing audiences and gain new audiences by generating curiosity.3. Our Artistic entrepreneurship means that we are students of the industry and its people. We read and learn across disciplines aiming to be early adopters of new, sustainable practices to improve our business and set better standards across the board. It means our disruption to industry practice will be aimed at creating a thoughtful alternative to the typical agency role: creative/artistic brainstorming, branding strategy, and mostly, fostering long term relationships for the purpose of nurturing and cultivating audiences for the world's most ambitious artists.
