Our strong community values and mediation services help to mitigate the conflicts that too often end up as news headlines... Not only does the DRC directly impact the lives of families and others who are struggling with conflict, but we also train hundreds of community partners and volunteers to become mediators, from young adults to established professionals. Together, we seek to build strong communities by embracing conflict resolution skills that can be used within our safe environment or in the greater context of our lives.
