G&G Underwriters, LLC (G&G), based in Lawrenceville, NJ, was founded by insurance industry veterans Bob Gage and Steve George in late 1997 and began underwriting in February 1998. The focus of the organization was and continues to be on writing light commercial business, primarily in the New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania regions. In 2006, G&G branched out to also include Delaware. Today the company continues to push expansion throughout eastern Pennsylvania with the help of Pennsylvania producers. Additionally, G&G works to maintain and selectively grow its New Jersey book through close communication and regular interaction with its well-established group of New Jersey agents.G&G has broad expertise and penetration of a heterogeneous book with territorial definition.
