Asset Strategies & Management, Inc. has been providing high net worth client's unbiased guidance, strategies and counseling for over 25 years now in the Greater Bay Area. What sets us apart from most others in this field is we are not associated with any financial services (i.e., Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, etc.) firm that sells product, which causes a conflict of interest in the relationship. We earn no commission, so we have no conflict of interest; we charge our clients a flat fee for service, fully disclosed relationship. So our relationships is 100% consulting in nature, giving our clients piece of mind that when we make recommendations it is for their benefit, not ours. In addition, we have a system of checks and balances process, so our clients never have to worry about a "Bernie Madoff" situation. Our clients either hold the assets directly, in their name, or the assets are held custody at independent institutional trust companies or brokerage firms, Asset Strategies and Management never takes custody of client's assets.
