Michael Kwan's Company Details
Our company’s founders came to Alberta in 1952. Inspired by the people and the opportunities, they chose to stay in Edmonton and dedicate themselves to building homes and communities that would last for generations. Maclab Development Group proudly builds, owns and manages premier developments and quality residential and commercial properties. We provide innovative real estate solutions through partnerships with municipalities, businesses and trusted stakeholders across western Canada. When we build, we think about the way we want to live. It’s about people and their experiences. As a family-owned company, our values and our commitment to our community are non-negotiable. They determine how we treat people, how we choose partners, how we give, and how we do business. Because this is where we live.
