We are making sure people are experiencing ALIVE Leadership. Since 2005 we have developed the ALIVE-method together with our clients. With the ALIVE-method we play down all myths about charismatic leadership showing that leadership creating result and transformation is about dramatically ordinary aspects of leadership.
