Established in 2011 as a Society, the South Okanagan Similkameen Volunteer Centre was created to be a catalyst for change in the region. Providing awareness and education on volunteer and non-profit engagement has been a central tenet of the organization.Everyone has talents and gifts to share within our community. SOSVC recognizes this and continues to provide services and programs to support and strengthen a vibrant volunteer community.The SOSVC has created a substantial database of volunteers in our community, which provides an opportunity for both volunteers and member organizations to connect and share in success and achievement.
