The flour milling division is the second largest flour miller in Canada and can trace its roots back for over 200 years.P&H Milling Group operates eight flour mills, located in: Cambridge, Ontario; Acton, Ontario; Halton, Ontario; Saskatoon, Saskatchewan; Montreal, Quebec; Lethbridge, Alberta; and Halifax, Nova Scotia. These mills supply the bakery, biscuit and foodservice industries across Canada and the U.S. as well as many offshore markets which include the Middle East, Asia, Iceland, Bermuda and parts of the Caribbean with a full range of flour products and bakery mixes. Our mills also package flour under a variety of private labels for the Canadian and US consumer markets.
