A Canadian manufacturer that is over 100 years strong. Registered to the latest ISO 9001:2008 quality standard, we manufacture small and medium sized custom Iron castings in most types and grades including Malleable, Gray and Ductile Iron (including Austempered Ductile Iron - which can be an excellent alternative material to steel and aluminum). Our maximum dimensions are 14 x 18 x 6 inches, and our maximum weight would be about 30 lbs. We make over 3,000 parts for more than 200 customers, that are both industrial and commercial. Low volume runs are easily done (our Sinto molding system allows for quick switches of patterns), yet we are also capable of high volume runs. Our lead time on production orders generally runs between 6 to 8 weeks, and with our special block booking program, we can consistently deliver in 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the material required.
