Yonkers Brewing Company is a brewpub and wholesale business started in an old trolley barn in the heart of Yonkers, NY, the fourth largest city in New York State and a short train ride from New York City. Yonkers Brewing Company's mission is simple: brew the best beer you can everyday to share with family and friends. Founders John Rubbo and Nick Califano grew up in history-rich Yonkers, NY making wine with their families but drinking...beer. One day it hit them - they had to make beer; full flavored delicious beer with somesurprising limited offerings to discover along the way. Combining Grandpas' tradition, a dash of spirited but light-hearted spunk and an old trolley barn, Yonkers Brewing Company was born in 2015. YBC is committed to producing award winning beers and building a strong community by supporting local partners and manycharitable causes.At the beginning of 2017, YBC welcomed Dave Hartmann of Long Trail and Empire Brewing Co as brew master. He brings over 25 years of experience of producing award-winning beers and a clearly defined Quality Control program to ensure all beers are brewed to be consistently delicious.
